- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the product to be returned and replaced at no additional cost to you.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the correct order to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and we may request the return of the incorrect order.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact our customer service department.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the damaged or defective product, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase.
